Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir i have ear discharge from today please suggest effective drop and tab. Thank you... Help me

I've been having a thick cough problem from a month ... Specially in night high breathing & whistling voice &  thick cough  ... I've no fever symptoms & any other covid symptoms

She is 58 years old, she suffering sinus Shr having sugar and bp since 8 years Please analyze the report

Everyday I wake up , with continuous sneezing with running nose , irritation in ears & throat . May I know what's the reason . After an hour , my nose gets normal , no sneezing nothing but for than one hour of my waking up is so stressful with sneezing , pain in throat .

What is this i have ulcer for 5 days is this cancer or what and what type of food should avoid plz tell

My left ear is painful and back of throat pain and facial numbness while taking steam and nose blockage, and mucus discharge post nasal , post covid I am facing this problem , I have sinus problems earlier but it will be max of a week,steam inhalation and antibiotic use to cure me. now it's been 5 months daily I have ear pain all through out the  day and mucus discharge too what am I facing,

I am having hyper allergy to dust. I am only sneezing and recently started coughing because of dry throat. Please suggest a medicine to cure the above. Thank you in advance.

I woke up yesterday and tried to clear my throat like 'ahkkk' and when i spit it .. It contain some strains of blood and after that when i saw in mirror , two dark red colour blobs of blood was still stick in my back throat . I dint saw blood after that but in the evening one blob of blood was again i see stuck in my back throat.. It didnt came out.. I m very anxious .. Please help me.. M i going to die? . My nose often remain dry and when i put finger in my nose for cleaning purpose some blood came out with it... And i also burp and have acidity problem ... I also face trouble in speaking loud and dont feels like to talk much.. I dont know what it is .. And suffering from sore throat from last 10 days... Please help me out😥😥😥
