Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

As mentioned in previous question, I am suffering with it for a very long time. Earlier it was in right ear but after medications for months it got resolved then after around 4 moths me left ear started paining at a low frequency then after few days I have seen puss in left ear and it got very frequently with good amount of puss in daily basis, I Neglected Firstly but when it became painful and stressed I got myself tested whats the real reason, now I am Looking for someone authentic and genuine to guide and support me further for what medications I have to take and for How long it should be taken, here I am again attaching Reports if in case you need. Is there any possibilities that I would have some kind of hole in ear or in earbone, as its been told there is infection but whats the reason of this infection and How this even evolve to be such painful . Although as of now I am taking some medications but they are also very stressful,

Sir my child age is 5 year old he is having recurrent fever from last 2-3 months like after every 15-20 day he is having fever like on 1 April he has fever which completely subside after paracetamol in 2-3 days but again after 20 days he had fever which also subside by antibiotic and paracetamol this type is repeating after every 15-20 days in last 2-3 months no other issue like i think no fatigue as child is completely active playing watching TV and all no heavy sweating only fever is occours this way every 15-20 days little weight loss also but I think weight loss because of child has started going to school since April so eating habits disturbed and going in sun exposure and hot weather but concern is after every 15-20 fever is coming coming for 2-3 days but completely subside after 2-3 days by paracetamol

From 2 days fever around 101. And whitish spots on tonsil and a little pain while swallowing. Attaching the picture. Do i need medicine as i get indigestion from antibiotics that's why i am asking . Also same happened last year too why it reoccurs. Please help.

Hi Dr's , I am 29 year old male and I am having motion sickness problem. Whenever I travel in the bus or car Definately I do vomiting. And it goes continue untill I dropped to my location. Due to this issue I can't travel in car and busses I only have to travel via train. Please suggest me the permanent solution of this problem

Hi team, I had undergone Tympanoplasty four months back and attached is my recent eardrum picture taken. My hearing was at 40 db and now it is 26 db after procedure.Is my eardrum ok now? Will my hearing still improves or stops here? Please suggest.

I am 28 years old male since birth I feel severe nausea , vertigo , headache and finally vomiting while riding in car and bus but no problem in train and motorcycle. Due this motion sickness problem I can't do job inspite of being a good academic career as I can't ride in car and bus. I took avomeine and stugeron tablet but these aggravated my disease and severe drowsiness and dry mouth and hard stool as a side effect. So , without any side effect like drowsiness, dry mouth and hard stool has any treatment option ???

My 7 yr old got ear periced today and blood comes while piercing..which medicine I should give to her so piercing doesn't get infected?
