Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This is the report of pns xray water view . Can any doctor kindly explain this to me !? Is everything normal ? Should I consult neurologist ? Kindly answer.

I am facing ear problem from Last one week. While listening anything in little high volume sound to medium volume sound even for few seconds example listening TV, mobile noise of construction, fan sound, radio etc. And yesterday I used cotton to cover my ear so I will block noise minimize my ear pain and that cotton is stucked in my ear. So I have two problems 1.ear pain while listening any high sound even for few minutes or seconds 2.cotton I used to cover my ear is stucked in ear in Deep So both problem can be solved online or I need physical visit (ear problem and need to remove cotton) I mean if doctor prescribes something online and can I remove cotton myself which is stucked in ear deep inside and solve my ear pain problem while listening Or i need to visit physical offline Which one is better for me online or offline

I had total thyroidectomy on 2nd april n got discharge on 5th ..today I noticed some reddish liquid is coming out from the incision.is it normal or something serious.its been already 9 days for dat surgery Pls reply asap.

I was tested covid positive in nov 2021 and after that i have severe dry cough every week. It will go away after taking tablets or after drinking ginger tea but is coming back after few days. It feels like dry throat and then a cough follows while having food or sleeping or even while doing casual works. I had dry cough during my childhood followed by sinusitis. Please suggest a solution
