Feeling to clear throat pls answer
I was having gastrosa esophagus reflux disease but now fine having no issue the problem only sometimes get is reflux of the food and water to the mouth otherwise its fine and no acidity formation From 3 months having feeling to  clear the throat and having sore throat pic is attached mucous like is stick to the throat everyday and if I don't clear it it irritates a lot and have to clear every time what is it which medicines I should  take are there  any home remedies

You have to modify your diet to decrease gerd Take small frequent meals, eat more in the morning and lesser at night, sleep at least 2 hrs of dinner. Avoid spicy food at night You can have warm water with a spoon of turmeric and pinch of salt twice a day, it will help clear the throat Take betadine gargles with warm water thrice a day
