Right Ear Echoing
In Right ear it's echoing from 2 days. It's irritating . I don't here any ringging or buzzing sound when it's silent it's only echoing . I cleaned my ears but no use

May be you are having Serous otitis media where there is Damping and echoing of own sound. OR Eustachian tube dysfunction where sound traverses from nose via ET tube to middle ear resulting in Echoing.
