Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doc I am 36 years male, who is prone to cold and cough irrespective of weather be it summers or winters  and this is a long going problem which is consistent throughout the year...i am not sure if it's via thanda ( cold water or drinks ) or Khatta ( sour things ) or via AC or dust...i on an off take cheston cold n cough and augmentin 625 to cure it for interim. Need to get a permanent treatment...not sure if i need to connect with a ENT specialist or a pulmonologist Can someone pls suggest !

I have taken my booster dose (3rd overall shot) on 25th June, and now my firm has asked me to do an RT-PCR before 30th June. Will the results be affected by the recency of my vaccine shot?

Post covid ,for 5 months continuously I have nose blocks and sinus and breathing difficulties,lot of phlegm, severe ear pain and pain passes through throat and chest, when I met Ent doc he said eardrum is fine but still I feel lot of ear pain and pressure something is wrong with my left ear and back throat and pain passing to chest, and doc said DNS issues, What am I facing through? I am suffering with allergitic sinus infection from past 2 to 3 months. Today I have consulted ent specialist and done with my CT PNS scan. Doctor suggested to go for a surgery to shrink the swelling in my nose and clear the blockage. Hello, From past many days I feel something is stuck behind my right throat. I have taken two rounds of antibiotics for acute tonsilophyringitis. But it hasn't helped much. I also experience pain in the ear, neck, teeth and back side of the head. I also have some three small white spots on the gums above the front teeth. Plus I have been suffering from GERD for the last six years and feel like food is stuck behind. What could it be?

So, the problem is that from last 1 year I have been suffering from mouth ulcers and mouth sores. I consulted many doctors but didn't get desired results and in the end I consulted Gastroenterologist and It relieved me to some instance for 2.5 -3.5 months but since the beginning of rainy season my condition has become worse than ever all I see in my mouth is mouth sores and white skin peeling out from everywhere. Mouth blisters erupt in inner cheek and tongue. Recurrent. Happens after 1-2 months. There is pain and inability to eat.
