When i swallow saliva why my throat feel something stuck..and also have lumps in my back throat but they are painless..

Its just because laryngopharyngeal reflux ... They are not lumps they are hypertrophied taste buds ... Which generally get hypertrophied due to laryngopharyngeal reflux
