A white spot under my tongue for 1 month.it is similar in size for 1 month .it does not grow in size.it does not pain and when I touch it it become red

I am feeling in my fullness in ear and popping sound difference in hearing please suggest me medicine for it

Family dr suggests Bactolav DS 457 syrup 2 bottles for 8 days ...she recoveres in a weak. But we guys are afraid to send her school because three times she got tonsil in five months. My son is 15 months old. He is not speaking any words. He blabbing sometimes. His hearing is good and understands us. We visited an ent and he suggested to get OAE and BERA test. My son completely failed in OAE. But he understands and reponds sound from All direction. We never felt any problem with his hearing. He even responds to external sound outside the door. He is having continuous cold for 2 months. Doctor didn't give enough time to explain only.
