I would like to know what is the nature of your work and are you exposed to the loud sounds if so then you need to undergo audiometry test. After seeing the reports we can start the medications

You are having Tinnitus. Tinnitus is most often described as a ringing in the ears, even though no external sound is present. Common causes of tinnitus includes Inner ear damage caused by repeated exposure to loud noises. Earwax build-up. Middle ear infection. Ménière's disease – a condition that also causes hearing loss and vertigo (a spinning sensation)
