Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Took bath in the pool today and unable to drain the water from ear, tried everything possible... what should I do? Is there any ear drops I can try?

My right side throat pain almost 15 days sometimes dry cough coming I take medicine from medical shop but still pain while taking pain but when I eat it's not much pain but drinking water it's pain I attached pic plz help me it's normal bacteria or cancer sings

Hi On 16th May, While spitting I got a little blood via throat and nose. I took home remedy and it's gone. But due to changing weather and sitting in AC. I again developed mucus and it's going on for more than week. From yesterday o have pain from right side of ear to throat, shivering and mild fever of 99.2 which subside in evening. I am already taking calpol 650 , Aziwok and montair fx but again I got fever of 99. Spitting out lot of mucus from throat and Pain and swelling can be seen from throat to ear with ear pain Thanks

Please check the attached reports of ultra sound  of neck. What is the difference between these two reports ??? Second report in which tirads 3 is written taken before 5 months. Are these two reports same ?

I have feeling some obstacles in my throat and I have gone for ctet neck and find something. Therefore I m attached my scan report and suggest me asap.
