Hi dear doctors I got the report like , my left ear hearing loss due to viral , doctor saying now it's difficult to recover it , I am feeling tension on this please help me out,.

If the duration of Hearing loss is acute then start Steroid in titering dose. If the duration of Hearing loss is chronic then use Rebamipide + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Acetylcysteine2 combination medicine.

If this is a recent loss then kindly visit your nearest ENT clinic. A sudden neural hearing loss post viral infection is reversible within 2weeks by intratympanic injection of steroid, wherein a small dose of steroid injection is instilled inside your ear penetrating the ear drum.
