Looks like you have otitis externa, the skin of the ear canal seems to be scratched and so infected. Avoid using ear buds to clean wax, use analgesic for 2 days, if pain and hearing loss continue, check with the Ent specialist

Never use ear buds or q tips in ear they are not meant for the same. U must have damaged ua tympanic membrane or external auditory canal skin with the bud. First of all keep ua ear absolutely dry means never allow even drop of water in ua ear. While bathing plug ua ear canals with vaselline impregnated cotton balls. Take tablet augmentin 625 mg twice a day, tab zerodol sp for the pain and aciloc 150 empty stomach in morning.
