Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Took 6 injections of cefotaxime 1000mg and sulbactum 500mg in 3 days as prescribed by an ENT doctor. Now 90% improvement in throat. Now he prescribed clindamycin 300mg BD for 3days. Is it necessary to take that??? My gut health is already very bad. I just want an opinion. This was my tonsil condition when i started on IV.

I have this feeling of water flowing from head ..it flows all over head top, back and face..after using flowmist nasal spray (corticosteroid) it started. I have seen so many Neurologist, psychiatrists but they say mri report is fine but it's continuously flowing 24/7 for last 12 years..
