Light pus on tonsils
Dear Dr,
Attached picture of my tonsils, got big in size and observed light pus on them is it serious please guide me

Its Acute Tonsillitis.
At present you need a course of medicines for atleast 10 days

Tablet Zerodol SP 1 BD
Tablet Montair LC 1 HS
Capsule Omez 20 BBF
Tablet A to Z 1 OD
Mouth wash Betadine QID
Next Steps
if it is present from a very long time then once the infection subsides surgery ( tonsillectomy) is advised

Hi it us so congested and seems infected.
Considering ur age u have to check ur nasal septum first as deviation of nasal septum can cause tonsillitis due to secondary infection...
As both tonsils are enlarged don't worry of malignancy
