Are my Tonsils swollen
My tonsils feels swollen than normal. What should be the remedy? Should I use salt water and gargle?

This is what we call a Grade 3 tonsil. This can give rise to reccurent infection and also can contribute to obstructive sleep apnea. Gargle will never reduce the size of the tonsils

Swallon tonsils are a problem but you have to see whether it is causing obstruction in your sleep or it is causing any problem with pain if so then you need to undergo surgery and remove the tons

Yes your tonsils are swollen(Grade 3). If you are facing this issue very often, you should get it removed by surgery.

You are suffering from Grade 3 tonsillar enlarged. Size of tonsil won't reduce with medication and may cause some problem while swallowing or may contribute to snoring.
Next Steps
If not symptom then maintain oral hygiene and gurgling with salt water. If facing above problem then may go for Tonsillectomy operation.
