Ringing in Ear after Covid Vaccination

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I got my first dose of Covaxin Vaccination on 23rd July 2022 and since then I am hearing constant ringing sound in my ear. It is not going even after 7 days, it is troubling and causing a lot of frustration. What are the possible causes and treatment for this problem?
