I'm attaching pictures of my throat. It's feeling rough and sore. I woke up with it and my throat is red. Can you tell me whether you think it's a normal sore throat?

Tablet Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days Tablet Levocet M at night for 5 days Tablet Dolo 650mg two times a day for 5 days betadine gargle 3 times a day before food.
