Cold since 1 month
He can't breathe properly coz he is always having a blocked nose. Left side of his head just above the ear he feels heavy.. Lil pain near the chest . Doctor gave antibiotic for cold but no help... He feels very stuffy.. Please advise what should be done

Painfull Throat

My wife has been suffering from severe pain in her throat and has been taking medication for swelled up glands. She also has severe nasal block coz of which she find a it difficult to breath and sleep. There are ulcers on the tongue as well. Can you please advise.
