Sshl three months ago

I had sshl three mnths ago in my left ear due to dengue..the hearing loss ws severe...nd tinnitus was such that i cant hear any othr noise from left ear due to tinnitus..but had taken doses of cognitine,ginkgo,Steroids,Tinnex,vitamin B12..aftr 3 month i had recoverd a lot but not fully..wats the chnce of full recovry?
