My weight is 79 and for the past few months I feel am snoring during sleep in the night. I try to sleep sideways to avoid snoring but somehow I am not able to control/stop snoring. Kindly help

Hi, I visited an ENT doctor for my nasal blockage and she suggested for surgery. I don't want to get operated .I am overweight and snores a lot. I am looking weight but my query is if yoga can help me for my nasal blockage as a permanent cure for my snoring? I snore loud and its uncomfortable. Pls suggest

I am getting red small lesions mainly on the tip of my tongue and the sides of the tongue also feels reddish. Also, the back side of my upper jaw (the part a bit behind the upper cluster of teeth) feels a bit swelly. Is it something to worry about? Smoking for past few months with an average of 5-6 cigarettes a day.

Last week I woke with my left ear feeling heavy and blocked and it has been continuing since then. I have used Otrivin nasal spray thrice a day for two days, while it gave me relief for one day, today I woke up with the same issue again. Doctor my kid is only 6 yrs old, from past one month I have heard him snoring at night, though he doesn't seem to have cold or nasal congestion. Please advise if we should consult an ENT specialist

Dear Sir From the past two days im unable to open my mouth, i cant even put the brush inside my mouth or eat properly. Whenever i try to extend and open my mouth there is a severe pain in the right side of the jaw .even while bending my tongue inside the mouth it pains. plz help
