Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a major problem in my ears each time I fly in an aircraft. The ears pain a lot at the time of take off and even more at landing time. Also, the ears remain closed for days after and there is intermittent popping sound in the ear. This is a reoccurring problem and ear drops don't seem to have helped. Someone has told me that I need to have an incision in the eardrum. Please advise and if possible, the approx cost of the treatment.

Hi, I am feeling thirsty very frequently in a day. But it feels like to drink very little amount of water that too very very frequently in day time. In night time because if thirsty, I get up for about 8 to 10 times in 8 hours of sleep for drinking water. It feels so irritating for getting up from sleep.solution please

Since last month i have injury like sores on lingual tonssil of my tounge. It started from left side,now it has started with right side. Initially it was treated for molar injury. But after cutting the molar its still there. Pain has reduced due to medication. But pain comes and goes... sometimes right sometimes left

Hi sir/madam, I feel always little irritation in my throat and whenever I eat something I always feel that some food particle always struck in my throat and that particle comes out after some time whenever I do coughing or sneeze.
