  4. Throat problem. Medicine as alternative?

I want to ask that medicines that doctor prescribed to me are given in first photo But medical store had given me some other medicine as alternative that are given in second and third photos. Is it safe to take these medicine as alternative ?? Plz suggest .

Both are same medicine - amoxycillin with clavulinic acid combination. Megamentin is also same. I have no idea what are the other medicines written. Dr Sandeep Dachuri, Bangalore
