Since 7 days, my problem of sore throat get even worst , I have taken many antibiotics but no relief,please help me,

Hello Dr At every night more dust comes in my nose, And because of this , sometimes I not respirate properly . I have this problem since 1 year.one more thing is , when I spit out , spit comes in yellowish colour. Please give solution.thanks

I WAS A SMOKER FOR 9YRS,I HAD VISITED AN ENT DOC SAID THERE WAS A SWELLING IN VOCAL CORDS I FEEL MY VOICE IS HOARSE OR RASPY HE CONCLUDED IT COULD BE BECAUSE OF GERD AND GAVE ME MEDS BUT ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS NO CHANGE IN VOICE .WHENEVER I GO FOR INTENSIVE RUNNING AFTER A WHILE I FEEL SHORT OF BREATH DRY THROAT AIR LEAKING IN MY EOSPHAGUS BUT MY VOICE COMES TO NORMAL FOR A SHORT TIME.I HAVE TO FIGHT A LOT TO KEEP IT STABLE .I TOLD MY CONDITION TO DOC OVER PHONE SAID IT COULD BE REinke edema I AM CONCERNED ABOUT TREATMENT OF THIS DISEASE PLEASE ADVICE ME A GOOD DIAGNOSTIC PATH.

My right ear is blocked No pain or secretion. I went to ENT Doctor. He checked my ear and there was no wax. He gave soliwax and citrizine. I have used these for 1 week with no effect. When I went again  he prescribed the same with otrivin. I don't have any cold and cough. The feeling of blockedness continues.What should I do?

I've been having fever for last 10 days with flux and cough.. but in last 2 days coughs are containing blood spits.. Is it a symptom of TB ? What test should i do ?

I had cold ,cough and fever two weeks back.I have consulted doctor and he prescribed antibiotics(amoxilin 625 and paracetomal 500 and ascoril cough syrup). Then after a week cold and cough continued with running nose and he gave some cold tablet for two days and it is settled. Again I am suffering sever cold,cough and chill in the body with temperature of 97 to 99 deg F from yesterday onward. Today i went to consult again and he prescribed for some blood and urine check up . I have attached the report with this mail. He is asking me to take IV daily for four days and few more antibiotics. I have told my medical history with him and he asked me get the opinion with you regarding the treatment. Shall i take treatment with him or need to go to big hospital? Kindly suggest ....
