Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

The pain has been ongoing for 2 days and I took ibuprofen which helped the pain to subside. The pain is behind my left year till my left side of my head. Not sure what exactly is causing the same. Please let me know what you think of this issue and suggest remedy. Thanks!

Hey Doctor, I am from bangalore and was travelling to delhi last week. Due to lot of meeting I was not able to eat food for the day I landed, till 6pm. I was having a bad headache. The headache was fine after I had food and crocin. But the same night I saw blood coming out of my ears. It was not much, but was accompanied with little water too. I had allergitic ritining since some years consulted diff doctors. But no use They suggested me to take levocitrizen if ritining comes But I need to take daily why because I am working in dusty area Please suggest me what to do
