Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Every morning after waking up I experience pain near my right ear when I try to clench my jaw. It only happens when I wake up and slowly the pain stops after a while. It has been like this for a week now. Any suggestions what it could be?

I've been affected by ear discharge. weekly one or two days my ear got discharge wit some fluid but its not paining. now while cleaning ear i found a little bit of blood also.please suggest me an solution for this problem

I have cough problem due to which some time suffering with headache .It happen with me 2-3 time in a month.

Since Thursday I have had a sore throat, fever over 103 was tested for strep it was negative. Was told to drink antibiotics if I still had pain so I did. My fever went away but I still have very large infected tonsil with pus and phlegm that comes out with a bit of blood on and off all day. I have a sour taste in my mouth and its so bad. Should I seek the ER or wait until all the antibiotics are done. I feel like the antibiotics are also making me feel nauseous and disoriented.

I have a feeling of fullness in my right ear and mildly in my left. I feel mild dizziness but not severe at all. I have no tinnitus and my hearing and pressure tests have come back completely normal. If I have these two symptoms of fullness feeling in mainly my right ear but a little in my left and occasional dizziness- what could this be? Also, there is no visual fluid in my middle ear according to the doc
