Bump on recent cartalige piercing

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I've pierced my right cartalige ear in January and now it's developed a rather painful bumb behind that constantly bleeds no pus though. I need to know if it's infected or it was just inflammatory bump and how to treat it from now on.

You might be allergic to ear stud you are using which is a type of allergic skin reaction

Next Steps

Remove ear stud for a week. Use over the counter antiseptic cream and try changing material of ear stud u are using
