Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got my nose pierced in Jan, but recently a month back I got a bump near the pierce, 1 wk back I removed my stud as adviced. My marriage is in April 28th, Can I redo piercing on the same spot again. The bump is not totally healed yet. Still there is little redness on skin. Its compulsory in marriage to wear nose ring. Please Help

Intermittent hearing loss in left ear since last 1 month. pain on mastication and on pressing the ear also. otoscopy shows severe wax in ear.

Every time i talk or sing my throat closes up and hurts for hours and I think my vocal cords are swollen, i drink water and i don't eat a lot of acidic foods at all, i have really bad acid reflex and i think i have the silent reflex, i have all of those symptoms. I just don't know what is happening, this only started about 1-2 years ago out of the blue, i have had really bad acid reflex all my life, but now it doesn't burn like normal reflex, it just is a little painful in the stomach, my throat just hurts all the time and if i talk for more than 3 minutes it closes up and it feels like i am being choked, does anyone know what this could be?
