Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Dr, From last night I'm feeling severe pain whenever I cough and I was been travelling in AC bus from last two nights. And from yesterday night I'm feeling feverish also. Have took paracetamol and temperature gone down. And now again I'm feeling feverish . Please suggest me on this. Thanks

Why does the inside of my nose keep on peeling? It's really bad, it's peeling and bloody and has been this way for a really long time, and every time it heals, it just starts peeling and bleeding and scabbing all over again. Why is this happening and what should I do?
