Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir/madam I have small blood spot inside nose which I noticed today... While sneezing/coughing/blowing of nose blood never comes... Nor I have witnessed any blood in tissue paper/a handkerchief. But there is a small blood spot inside nose... When I put my tissue inside nose on that spot then I have witnessed blood... Kindly provide reason... I have been having Breathing difficulty since Nov 2016.When i swallow food feeling uncomfortable.My eyes have reddish vein like lines in sclera for more than 3 years.White spots occurs in tonsils frequently.And they comes out When i cough.Those White spots have bad odour.Fungus occupying my ears.Feeling sick mentally ill due to this problems.Further i feel chest pain,burning sensation in Abdominal area,heart,anus.Body Muscles became weakened.Skin has red blooshots in neck area.Kindly reply.These problems are remains for more than two years except Breathing difficulty.

Today while having dinner upon finishing I felt like pricking and uncontrolled sensation in my left of back throat

It happens with me usually My Throat is source and dry cough for long time.I have tried number of cough syrup but still its there from few weeks or some time may be for long period.Than after few day it will go by its own than again happen in 3-4 months.Can you please help me is this seasonal allergies ?

I've got a throat infection due to which I'm feeling a bit like I'm having fever. Also I'm having bit cold. Cough is being disposed off from my body. I'm an asthma patient also hence I'm having a bit struggle while breathing.
