Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I always have a bad bread, it occurs even within 5 mins of brushing. I am prone to GERD, and have been diagnosed with laryngitis a few months ago. Please suggest a solution.

Whenever my throat start soring I do vomit till my throat get cure when throat get fine stop vomiting...
