Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please suggest the ears popping remedies or tips during flight ascent and descent in flight journey.

Ever my nose is blocked and ever my nose is very running water this situation last two years I face and I have allergi with dust and cold .

I have very much ear pain and hearing loss in both ears with tinnitus. One ear had a surgery in 2004. But it was unsuccessful. Now There is pain in both ears. I am very much in tension about my ears. What will I do now...please suggest?

Continuously water come from my father nose at any time. My father used 2 months ayurvedic course but not get relief from this. Can you advice something. But now this problem is seems dangerous.

A friend had a doubt. He has to get a minor surgery to remove a cartilage growth in his nose that's blocking his breathing. He is afraid to be awake during the procedure and would therefore prefer general anesthesia and not local. He wants to know whether the patient gets a choice in the kind of anesthesia that they receive during such surgeries, or whether the choice made by the surgeon. Please advice. Thank you.

I have this issue where there's a constant irritation in my throat. Swallowing food is difficult as I feel a burning sensation. Eating is usually followed by constant coughing.
