Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My PST test showed tat left ear has 53 db Is surgery necessary plz guide me the doctor has recommended a minor surgery

I have very deep voice I am only 15yr of age but I have very deep voice from 1yr please help I have change many Dr. They only gave me medicine or not any treatment

Start a normal day. I had shower in the morning and went to the office. I had a slight irritation in my throat which quickly aggravated to heavy cough when the throat excessively is strained while talking. The cough is dry with chest pain. I get fluttering bass noise when I cough. The pressure on my eyes and throat is immense when I cough.

3-4 days ago after done my exercise I feeling little tiredness and weakness on next day. I already had little cold and sore throat. So, it adds upto my health condition and I felt very weaked. 2 days ago I noticed small lump under my armpit(might be due to body heat) and mouth ulcer under my tongue side. I m not able to eat normal food due to the swelling. But, the cold nd sour throat still there and little body pain. Please suggest me whom to concern for my issue a GP or ENT specialist?

Hi I could not keep headphones for more than 5 minutes, it is making discomfort and sometimes slight pain in ears and throat for sometime, its ok when I don't use it, I wonder if am able use headphones again. I sensed dryness in ears sometimes , so I put some drops of coconut oil in ears, that makes me relief but then headphones for 30 minutes and my ears are dry again and same discomfort again. Is headphones causing dryness or is there some other issue with headphones using. I am thinking of permenant solution to my headphone using and ear- throat discomfort. Please suggest something. Thanks

For one year i have a problem , when i sneezing from my nose, i spit phelem from my mouth, phelem is in thread like or worm like structure. sometimes its in yellow and white colour .but i dont have any cough . but one more thing is i have seasonal skin allergy , its look like hives its occur in winter duration for me kindly please tell about this problem ??

Some of my relative said there is hen flu in my locality my their is no such news anywhere few days back i ate chicken and in evening i caught throat irritation and now im facing all i mentioned above should i take some medicine or i goto to the doctor???

From last three days my wife was having countinously dry caugh she is not able to sleep as well. we have tried honey , expectorant, medicine cefrixin but no releif.

I have been suffering from headache and running nose continuously from almost 1.5 year and frequent sneezing and throat is also not good

From morning sinzing, if I come out I won't get sinzing If I sit sinzing start with cough Please let me know what is happening to me
