Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I.am suffering from BpV(vertigo) whether it c an be cured permanantly. It just started a few weeks back.

I have small small pimples on nose and sorrounding it irritates me badly i m was using vicco turmeric face wash and cream now i changed facewash to ponds clear skin and one cream i took from medical that acnelak clz but i m not satisfied with this pimples are not getting cured please give me one good suggestion like cream and facewash or to be changed or any other suggestions please

I hv been suffering from a sore throat from last 3 days.initially i took 3pills of althorcin500(2pills a day). then i felt mild fever so i switched to azithral 500(1pill a day for 2 days).but now again my throat is at very worst condition.so should i take althrocin again
