Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I can find my pulse in my neck just fine on both sides. However, when I move my fingers up the "tube" after I find my pulse my right tube feels larger in my neck then my left. Is this just my carotid artery that I'm feeling and is it just a little larger than the left side? Is it a swollen lymph node? Is it a tumor? I've had no symptoms or anything and am in good health

Hello dr..myself venkat complains of unilateral rt sided ear fullness sensation and feeling like cold fluid in the ear since 45 days...it won't present through out the day, maximum during evening and night times..it will present around half an hour once started fullness sensation...Past/history:--nearly 6 months back i complain of same feeling in left ear but it subsides without any Tx...But again now it happens in right ear, this time it is more compare to previous episode... No h/o pain,ear discharge, swelling,fever,headache...but last two days onwards feeling cold(running nose), sneezing...                    So kindly suggest me Treatment... Thanking you...

Dear sir, I have gotten my ears pierced for 5~7 months now, but just two days ago, I noticed a bump on my left ear, just beside my piercing. It isn't very hard, nor is it very soft. It does hurt when it's being squeezed but no pain if not touch. I suspect that it isn't a keloid, since they grow directly in the piercing. It could be abscesses, which are hard, growing and painful swells, growing from under/behind , instead of right beside of it, which is sorta my case. But mine is shrinking from its original dome shaped size to a smaller one? There is a possibility it could be a boil. I hope I listed enough info for you to help. I am a bit scared that I may need to do a surgery such small matter, so home remedy is very appreciated. Thank you.

Nose blocks as soon as I go to bed , had this problem few months back...Doctor gave me 2 tablets (one including azithromicin) and a nasal spray, It got me recovered...I moved to Delhi and got this problem again...Feels breathless and uncomfortable..Please suggest me what to do.

Hi, I am having some pain under my left jaw closer to my throat below my jawline near to the salivary glands. The pain is not that severe but I can feel it sometimes. I'm still not sure what is it about. I smoke sometimes, but for the last 2weeks the frequency increased. Is it because of smoking? Or can there be any other reason? Should I consult a doctor, or will.it be fine?

The pain has been ongoing for 2 days and I took ibuprofen which helped the pain to subside. The pain is behind my left year till my left side of my head. Not sure what exactly is causing the same. Please let me know what you think of this issue and suggest remedy. Thanks!
