Light green cough with a little blood sometime, nasal dryness and little pain and dryness in throat , suffering from 3 days

Hey Doctor, I am from bangalore and was travelling to delhi last week. Due to lot of meeting I was not able to eat food for the day I landed, till 6pm. I was having a bad headache. The headache was fine after I had food and crocin. But the same night I saw blood coming out of my ears. It was not much, but was accompanied with little water too.
