Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From the last two days I am felling discomfort on the left side of neck.Some are saying its slightly swollen and some are saying its not.There is not much a visible difference whether it is swollen or not.But I am feeling slightly uncomfortable on my left side next SO can you tell what is the cause of the problem and how it can be treated??

A friend had a doubt. He has to get a minor surgery to remove a cartilage growth in his nose that's blocking his breathing. He is afraid to be awake during the procedure and would therefore prefer general anesthesia and not local. He wants to know whether the patient gets a choice in the kind of anesthesia that they receive during such surgeries, or whether the choice made by the surgeon. Please advice. Thank you.

I have this issue where there's a constant irritation in my throat. Swallowing food is difficult as I feel a burning sensation. Eating is usually followed by constant coughing. And i get a feeling of constantly clearing my throat. I feel that I'm suffering from acid reflux. I just need a professional opinion. If I remember correctly, the started with my new job. I had an awful sorethroat in the beginning of september, and two doctors that i went to told me it wasnt strep it was just a sore throat. Now i have orangeish reddish bumps still on the back of my throat and inflammed tonsils. I cant tell if it hurts or not because i have had it for so long. Im scared

I have throat infection and irritation for quite some time. I took erythromycin tablets 250mg and 500 mg. However it has not improved the irritation. I already had tossil operation several years back.

Hi, I have a nose allergy from last many years. I had done the operation also but i didn't notice much changes, but now to get some relief i am taking Montek LC so it is good to take coz by this medicine i feel some relief. Please advise.
