Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm K.S.Krishna from Chennai aged 25years. I'm a classical Vocalist. Music being my profession I find it very hard to sing since I feel my voice sounds more feminine when I reach higher octaves. My usual shruthi in which I sing is C. That is a normal male pitch but in the same pith the lower octaves sounds masculine and my higher octave sounds more feminine. Even when I record and hear my voice it sounds more feminine. On the whole there is no depth in my voice and when I scream there is no enough volume and weight that a normal masculine voice has, I would like to get this issue addressed and fixed at the earliest possible since I have to do my concerts and recordings,

Hello, I am a 25 (soon to be 26) year old female weighing about 112 pounds. My ENT recommended that I get a tonsillectomy, but I would like second opinion. I visited him for allergy issues not throat issues. He has told me that my tonsils are very large and he worries that if I'm older and gain weight it could lead to sleep apnea. I am also of Asian decent and was told that it makes me more prone to sleep apnea. I do not have recurring sore throats or feel any issues because of my tonsils other than some snoring. The only time I ever had issues was back in 2010 when I first started dorming in college and had 3 strep throats in a year. I haven't had any issues since then. He recommends that I get them removed while I am young as the recovery would be easier. Do you feel that I should get my tonsils removed?

Left ear is paining and feeling both the ear clogged. Running nose and cold. Ears are clogged since 2 days

I have a sinus infection and a swollen lymph node in the right submandibular region. The node is painless and moveable, however, when I woke up in the middle of the night my hands felt tight and swollen. What is going on? I'm significantly worried.

I just ate a pretty large burrito from chipotle, and then I sat down on my couch and when I drank some water the right side of my throat( if I had an Adam's apple it'd be directly to the right if it) started hurting everytime I swallowed. It feels like every and I keep coughing. All of this happened in the span of 5 minutes, I have no food allergies so I have no idea what's happening

I have difficulty while hearing in noisy place or low pitch talk.I also have tinitus issue. Sounds like "hiss" and bell echoed all the time. I suffered with the issue since 10 years. I consult with AIMS Delhi doctor but got no improvement. Any hope to overcome both issue? I also tried cic ear aids 10 year back but it wasn't effective that time. Note- I didn't feel any significant loss of hearing since 10 years. It is same. Right now I am 32 year old.

Hi since yesterday I have difficulty in swallowing anything specially from right side on throat I guess it tonsillitis infection Also I had cefix 200 given by local medical store twice a day yesterday

On oxygen can't breath without it can't speak...what can be done...on bed from 1 month...all vitals are OK in report...

I had been to plasticSurgery of my nose 18 months ago. since from then to till now, I have light swelling on Right side of my cheek . can you please suggest me to overcome this problem?

After vomiting i am experiencing a kind of pain in swallowing. Seems like something is blocking or reduced the gap in throat/food pipe. Vomiting was after having alcoholic drinks.
