Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having a sore throat issue since last 2.5 weeks. no fever or other symptoms. only a sore throat which keeps coming and going along with a little weakness and lethargy. did a CBC and RBC count is 5.65m, MCV is 81.77fL and WBC count is 12440/ccm. Currently i am taking Doxol-LB, Rablet-D since Saturday . Any advise on this matter would help

Hello team , My nose gets blocked mostly in winters but also in summers ..mostly when I am sleeping it gets blocked completely and when I woke up it opens slowly and gradually .. Headache and closed nose when I was sleeping created problem in breathing. My eyes turned red. In night suffered from fever also . i have some sensation in my throat . i feel pain while swallowing. 3 days gone since this happening , in starting there come blood in my nose . my nose got blocked in night caused breathing problem to me .
