Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering a Chronic cough problem,smelling ability nil & can't hear by right ear properly since 6-7 months very tough to continue simple life. I already used several type of antibiotic medicines and doctor's suggestion no result.Let me get some recovery solution related suggestions.

I'm confused whether it is sinusitis or cold allergy or rhinitis... Whenever i drink or eat something cold i feel heavy puffy eyes with severe pain and then i cannot focus, feeling like sleepy all the time, fatigue and also light sensitivity. Even on drinking normal water i easily get this pain and heaviness around eyes and nose.. sometimes this thing worsened and i get sore throat... I also tried homeopathic for 3 mnths but prob still persists

Sir, I am having dry cough for 3 months . the doctor has adviced me to take 'fortacaps 400' , but i am having a fear in taking it because on some sites i saw that it is having steroyd which is having many side effects. on another doctor's advice i have taken 'Ascordil -d Plus' and 'romilast- L10'. please give some advice to get a permanent relief

Middle ear infection caused hole in my eardrum.. It is bleeding along with pus from 2days. I am already under medication for same. I wanted to ask for how many days it usually bleeds or pus comes out of ear? What are the reasons that might have caused middle ear infection? What are the precautions that i need to take for current treatment and for future care?

I had my ear operation on 1 march .I had been suffering from an ear infection from the past 1 year .a foul smelling yellow discharge used to come out from my ear. So for curing this infection I had an ear operation on 1 march even a part of my bone is removed due to this infection.but now after 15 days of my operation I am again noticing a yellow smelly discharge coming out from my ear .what can be the possible reason behind this ?
