Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m suffering from Deviated Nasal Septum with sinus infection .My one side nostril is block it's also switch side from left to right. I want to undergo under Laser Septoplasty. But From past 3-4 months  my blood platelet's vary from 1.4 L to 1.5 L . M I eligible for Laser Septoplasty ?

Hello doctor I used xylomelazoline nasal solution after nose injury coz I had blocked nose but then irritation started after using nasal spray and pain increased. What to do now. Please suggest

Age:34, Gender: Male Hi I have sore throat and cough for 4.5 days now I got a sore throat on Wednesday morning and then felt slight shivering in Wednesday night . After shivering I took cApol 500 and then no complaints of shivering . But post that I have had continuous bad throat. I was continuously taking gargles salt and now betadine but after seeing little improvement I started taking medication from Friday morning . Started with azee 500 mg once a day in morning and started half crocin twice a day . I have noticed crocin is helping with pain . But today is third day of medication and I got up again with a bad throat. I am still to take my third dose of azee while I have just taken full crocin for pain relief. My voice has changed I have had mild jaundice a year back and I had bad diahrrea 2 months back . I have done three LFTs in 3 months with 2 coming in borderline range and one coming in slightly higher than borderline range.Is it safe to take anti biotics ?

I feel dryness in my throat and also feeling pain when i am gulping. what can be done for getting rid of this
