Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've had a cold and I was feeling around in my neck and felt a lump right where the carotid artery is. I know that lymph nodes can be swollen from something such as a cold but I'm also worried. On the other side of my neck there is no lump. Could this just be from the cold or is it something more serious?

I have been burping since 24 hours I have cold fever as well. The moment I close my mouth my belching started. I don't have any loose motion as such which may prove I have indigestion however I had pantop.

I've had an incredibly stuffy nose for a few days, and as I was feeling around my neck, I noticed a swollen lymph node in the submandibular region on my right side. Left side was normal. I went to the doctor and they said that I have a sinus infection and the swollen node was caused from that. The swollen node is semi hard, not rock hard, and it is moveable. The lymphnode doesn't hurt at all. Is the swollen node caused from the sinus infection, or is it some other underlying issue?

Blood discharge from nose continuously and   after few minutes.She has psychological problem also.she is under medication regarding psychological problem.

I went to the doctor and they said I have a sinus infection and then I told them I've had a swollen lymph node just under my jaw in the submandibular region on the right side. She checked it and said that it's from the sinus infection, but the lymph node doesn't hurt at all. Could this really be from the infection or is it more serious. Also, on the left side just under the jaw things seem normal so I'm concerned it's something more serious.
