I went to waterfalls and took a bath. I felt pain at my left ear. And I am unable to hear sounds from left ear. So I just cleaned my ear with hydrogen peroxyde. Is there any problem wih my ear or just cleaning will help？

I am getting red small lesions mainly on the tip of my tongue and the sides of the tongue also feels reddish. Also, the back side of my upper jaw (the part a bit behind the upper cluster of teeth) feels a bit swelly.

Blocked Nose
Initially started with throat pain and blocked nose. For first 2 days it was same. And then there was no throat pain problem but blocked nose is still there. For last 6 days i am suffering from.
