Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had cold ,cough and fever two weeks back.I have consulted doctor and he prescribed antibiotics(amoxilin 625 and paracetomal 500 and ascoril cough syrup). Then after a week cold and cough continued with running nose and he gave some cold tablet for two days and it is settled. Again I am suffering sever cold,cough and chill in the body with temperature of 97 to 99 deg F from yesterday onward. Today i went to consult again and he prescribed for some blood and urine check up . I have attached the report with this mail. He is asking me to take IV daily for four days and few more antibiotics. I have told my medical history with him and he asked me get the opinion with you regarding the treatment. Shall i take treatment with him or need to go to big hospital? Kindly suggest .... Hi! I've been encountered with sneezing a lot this year. And because of that I get constant nose blocked. I have no idea what is happening to my body? It happens every 2-3 days when I doing my own thing and suddenly the sneeze will start non stop. And I will have mucus in the morning but it's clear in colour.

Sir, Today I have got cleaned my right ear with finally the larger wax piece come out, after it I could hear main sounds clearly but the other voices such as footsteps, water flow,wind, are sounding like the sound in pressure cooker. Please help me

I already consulted some ENT he said my eucheian tube is blocked and he gave me some steriods nasal spray as a prevention, i can still feel the heavyness in my right ear, its from last 6 months, Every time i went there, he said every thing looks fine its just allergy.

This is a recent problem occuring to me where each day there is excess secretion of mucous inside my nose & it dries & blocks the nose. When i try to clean sometimes it bleeds a bit & also pains. If i am travelling then this blockage increases.
