Throat Closes Up When I Talk Or Sing....
Every time i talk or sing my throat closes up and hurts for hours and I think my vocal cords are swollen, i drink water and i don't eat a lot of acidic foods at all, i have really bad acid reflex and i think i have the silent reflex, i have all of those symptoms.

Considering your symptoms, you might be suffering from gastroesophageal reflex disease. Its not a serious condition, but needs attention. Though you not be having much spicy food, still some factors like oily or fried stuff might cause it to be worse. Take antacids prior to having food. If not resolved, visit a nearby ENT surgeon asap.
