Throat pain when swallowing and talking,
I have throat pain when swallowing and talking from one month I took antibiotics after consulting ENT specialist, he told it's bacterial tonsil so he gave antibiotics and it was fine for 10 days but now again it have come back so I have done neck CT scan, and blood test and showed to the doctor and he said it's tosil and it is still there and gave me some antibiotics again so I just want to know is it something major that has happened to me or it will be cured by the course of medicines provided

Mild throat pain lasting for a month not resolving after taking antibiotics is unlikely to be infection. You may be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
