Tinnitus after Ear wax infection

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had ear wax infection one month back. That time I had ear pain which was resolved in a same day. Doctor had performed ear syringing to remove wax but from that time my tinnitus symptoms had started and I can still feel mild ringing in my one of the ear. Doctor told me it will go away automatically. Just wanted to check how to cure it.
