Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I'm 24 year old girl.i have swelling in right parotid gland since 2009.its like solid mass.it is painfull.sometimes pain increases​ very much and sometimes no pain.mainly worst pain increases​ on wheather changing and on cytrus consumption.i have consulted many doctors, they diagnosed it as "4.1*1.5*4.1 cm lesion with cystic spaces within the superficial parotid". But the said there is no treatment as it may affect facial nurves. Please help me out.it looks bad and painful with uneven face texture.

From the last two days(today is the third day) I am felling discomfort on the left side of neck.Some are saying its slightly swollen and some are saying its not.There is not much a visible difference whether it is swollen or not.But I am feeling uncomfortable on my left side next. Yesterday night I applied Volini Gel on that area and today there is some relief but still I feel heavy on left side of neck which makes me uncomfortable So can anyone tell what is the cause of this and how can it be treated?

I am experiencing this from a few months now. Before i had blood stains in pheglm when i blew my nose (usually in morning ) but now they is blood in mucus also. Throat pains and mucus leaves bitter taste in mouth. Please tell what it could be.

Can Augmentin 625 be consumed for throat and ear pain. This pain may be due to viral infection (kids had similar pain due to tonsillitis). Also can Azithral 200 be consumed to feel better. If yes, how many Ml? Thanks.

I have a enlarged para-tonsil with several yellow spots on it. Throat-swap and ASO report is normal. "Bactomin 750","Zoseph 500" this antibiotics did nothing. Is it be cancer? My age is 19+. Please help
