  4. Throat hard lump. Tests & medication?

I noticed a hard lump of mize on the right side of my throat. i feel no pain also no irritation while swallowing.. i am concerened what it could b? n do i have to go for any tests & medication? it is there more than 8 months  but i never cared n now i am worried.
