Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a feeling that something is swollen or maybe something just isn't correct in the bottom left part of my neck near the collar bone,I don't have any problem in swallowing or eating anything, it started yesterday. It feels like something is pressing, just at the bottom left part of the neck/collarbone region

Hi I have cough with phlegm since last three weeks. It doesn't seem to get better at all. What can the diagnosis be?

Slight pain in upper throat area on right hand side. No difficulty in swallowing but the pain increases if I talk also pain can be felt if I move my neck to left.

After doing sleep study,the report says I am having severe obstructive sleep apnea. Doctor also says I am having left DNS with spur ,bulky palate in pharynx and grade 3 tonsils. Want to check if surgery is the best option in this case

I am having problems hearing with my left ear. I had consulted a doctor and he said that there was wax deposit in my ear. I tried to clean it using a soliwax solution given by the doctor and removed alot of wax but still there is alot of wax near the eardrum because of which i cant hear properly. How can i clean it extensively

I have been suffering from loss of hearing from my right ear. It sudenly happened few days ago. It was all normal and was no any accident or any injuries. I feel some sort of buzzing sound into the ears and not able to hear properly

Gone through sinus surgery twice...Nothing helped...Have allergy...taking sublingual immunotherapy since 2 years...Still problem persists Problem: nasal congestion, regular headache, regular infection in ears...regularly use Otrivin nasal drop(specially before going to sleep  otherwise inhale through mouth and sleep is disturbed)... these are everyday problems...be extreme in bad weather condition Now a doctor consulting surgery again.....Will the problems be cured or continued like now ???

Please advise on snoring problem. Am overweight. I also drink and smoke occasionally. No exercise regimes.
