Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from a tongue problem, my top left portion of the tongue looks rough i mean the papillae on that portion vanished away, it is soft not not hard, I can't feel any pain or any taste on that portion, I am suffering form this problem from a long time, i asked my doc. about it and he assured me that it is not a cancer after checking me and asking some questions, he told me that may be cause of deficiency of some vitamins this has appeared, so he prescribed me some capsules of vizylac, D-fit and evion 400 for 10 days, he told me to come after 10 days, but being impatient i wanted to ask someone else too.....so can anyone help and tell me what is it?

Is swelling of tonsil a sign of Creatine Monohydrate allergy? How do I know if I am allergic to it ?

My mom is suffering from vertigo. as per our family doctor its due to middle ear. she is bed ridden since 2 days ,slightest movement or change in the sides she is sleeping she is feeling dizzy and is vomitting when she tries to get up. and also due to being on bed her shoulder and back is caught up and paining beyond control Please suggest what to do to make her feel better and how to cure this as soon as possible She has never faced any such problem earlier and this happened all of a sudden. She is currently taking 'vertistar md-8' as per the prescription.

Sir/ Madam, My father's age is 41 He had vertigo feeling immediately after he get up from rest and headache along with visual disturbance from a week he consulted neuro surgeon. He told that is due to fluid imbalance in ear and He prescribed with a PETRIL BETA 10 (1-0-1). VERTIN 16. And he was already using RUSVAS 10 for lipid levels. Now this is third day with these tablets , he is feeling tiredness and body pains severely . What should he do ?

I've pierced my right cartalige ear in January and now it's developed a rather painful bumb behind that constantly bleeds no pus though. I need to know if it's infected or it was just inflammatory bump and how to treat it from now on.

Nose blockage all 12 months. Take advice with different different doctors but still not effective. Some doctors told me it is a dust alergee & some told me bear a mask it is a smok alergee and some told me avoid crowded place etc. But still not effective. Please suggest me what I need to do.

I am suffering from severe pain in my throat for 1.5 Months. I had gone through endoscopy and had treatment when I was in Gujarat. Now I have moved to Pune. If I continue to take medicines then pain goes and if I stop it then pain again comes. In 3-4 days after stopping medicines I am not able to drink even water.

Dear Doctor, My father had a occurence of nose bleeding a week back that continued for an hour and was brought in control through an emergency treatment. Though his blood reports are normal, I am not sure about the reason for this. He had similar incidents two times earlier but in a span of 2-3 years. Can you please advise if this seems to be a case of high blood pressure or some issue in nose. He is not taking any medicine but has hyper dry skin problem. He also had high BP but is not taking any medicine currently. Please suggest whom should we consult - an ENT specialist or a General physician. Regards
