Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Whenever my throat start soring I do vomit till my throat get cure when throat get fine stop vomiting... I feel like my throat is peeled its like something like sand sucked in throat which can't be swallow... took medication from many doctors even specialised too but... tested also been done but all are nagetive... please tell me what is this nd how can I overcome...
