Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting glands swollen very regulary. Most of the ti.e after eating something. 2nd thing thwre is regular pain inside my heart. Want to know the suggestions

I've had a cold for about 7 days. After which untill now i m facing a problem in my left ear. It feels like its jammed from the inside. It feels heavier from the inside.

Im constantly having throat infections and fever and headache for over 2 years now. I've also had septoplasty done in may 2016 I dont know what's wrong with me every week i get throat infections and when i take medicines usually with drugs named amoxicillin and cepfodoxime whenever i go to see a doctor he changes the product and sometimes the drugs remain the same then it goes away for about a week and then again it strikes back anf makes me sick for about 4-5 days. My mother is a working lady and im 23 years old male with no father, i've to start working in about 4-5 months to support my mom which i wont be able to because im always sick. I've lost all hopes please help me if you can.

I got cold first. Then ear pain and head pain in left side of head. The pain starting in the ear and it is hitting to head like an impulse. I have this problem since one month. I am not sure why it is happening. This is also causing ache on upper portion of eye, mild upper tooth pain. Pain on neck is also there. This is all in the left side of head only. I consulted an ENT specialist but I am not sure whether he is telling correct or not. He asked me to take PNS scan. He gave tablets like sinarest, rabesec, ceftum, nasivision spray and medrol. But no result found. He said that you have to done with some surgery in the nose i.e, the bone which is separating the both nostrils is just bended. So I have to be done with suegery. I don't think this is necessary. Because I have the doubt that is that doctor is sure or not. Because I don't know whether the given medicines and his words are corelated or not. Please help me and suggest correct approach to clear my problem. Thank you.

My brother 28 yr old diagnosed for dengue and meningitisis in Sep Oct 2016 last year. Though he is good now. having food and doing daily chores at home. He has habit of drinking 2-3 glass full of plain water after dinner and lunch resp. Is this a good practice? But weight still less as compare to normal physique. Also at times had wheezing sound while eating or sleeping.

I have a flight journey in few days from USA to India. I am afraid of pressure level problem in ears and ears are popped as the hearing probelms exists. When i was coming tavelling to USA I faced this problem and contacted the pharmacy in airport. They suggested one medicine called FENFEDRIN and asked me take the tablet for every 6 hours in flight journey. I took the same medicine for every every 6 hours. After the flight landing my ears are some what better but the pressure level problem found in the back side of the head because not able to hear the sound in the same level as like the ears popped. Now how can i resolve the pressure level and ears popping issue in my upcoming flight journey through any tips or Shall i use the same FENFEDRIN tablet.
