Granules in throat pallete
I have been having throat problems thrice since dec 2016. Had taken azithromycin and it used to work. After a month it started again. I can see some granules in throat. I'm feeling heaviness in throat , dry cough and very mild inner fever. I can eat and drink anything. I used to smoke but have left since three months.

You need to meet an ENT Surgeon, get a CT scan of your Paranasal Sinuses. A hidden focus of infection in your Sinuses could be repeatedly reinfecting your throat. The antibiotic  Azithromycin may have been inadequate to eliminate all the germs.
