Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My tsh now 46 I want to know how many mg Eltroxin should take this is the first time my tsh is high Eltroxin 75 mg now I am taking pls pls priscribe the dose

I was having a throat pain few days back, which had hard time swallowing, I took medicines from my family clinic results to pain reduced while at rest but its still difficult while swallowing. Later yesterday I realized that I am also having difficulty in breathing when I tried to sleep in afternoon. I had to consciously make an effort for breathing. I informed my doc and he said it's bcoz of acidity.I came back and Read it on internet that it could be related to anxiety or esophagus swelling or GERD. (It is true that I am into the heavy stress since last 2 weeks (since I m buying home and pressure from seller) so I thought it must be anxiety) I have been reading too much on net and now very much worried. I counted my breathing rate at rest and it came 17 and pulse rate 78 which found to be normal, but I somehow feel air is getting through nose is blocking at throat and not passing ahead(heavy feeling at chest). Please help me with my condition and how to get back my normal breathing.

My thyroid came at 12 pls advice Taking 100 mg thyronom but feels very tired and feels head is spinning.

I am getting ear pain backside of ear drum and it is leading to headache. The pain is at whole head at one side starting from back side of neck, ear and then head. This is happening on one side of head at a time and is shifting to other side after some time. I am having this problem since one month. Please suggest a treatment regarding this. Thank you.

Hi doc, I am having a constant sore throat and little of dry cough for a week now. I went to my Family physician and took few medicines including Azi 500. I did gargling also with warm water. But the irritation and dry cough isn't going away. Please help me out Thanks

I'm suffering from SSHL and Vertigo loss, all of sudden leading to hearing loss in left ear and heavy dizziness. Within 24hrs of this, I started taking medication and taking solumedrol injection for 6 days and then Need to continue medicines. Bt i cannt see much improvement in listening, it's 6 days now. Can you please tell me how much time it takes or any other medication I need to go for..? Any excercise to cure it..? My major concern, is it 100% curable ? Dr advised me to go for 1 mnth treatment, then see how much improvement you have.. From my left ear, I can't listen anything much bt thr is a improvement of 20%, as per audiology test. Is it expected or it should be more ? Any home remedies I can go for...? Anything heathy to eat specifically for this..? Anything I need to avoid which help in fast improvement ?

On 18 march a fine fish bone stuck in lower throat, after few hours i tried to vomit but nothing happen. after that regularly i feel some sensation there. now i feel little pain also emerges. but while sollowing food there is no pain i feel.

My wife i s suffering from sinus , cough...its kind of allergy where she faces this problem on regular basis...she feels very frustrated..

I got my nose pierced 4months ago after one or days I got a red pimple on the pierced area I have applied every possible ointments but no result was seen.

I noticed. Sputum/Mucus is getting formed in my throat continuously, Either i should swallow that or spit it out always. Due to this some times my Right side nostril getting blocked and difficult to take breathe....
