Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Every time i talk or sing my throat closes up and hurts for hours and I think my vocal cords are swollen, i drink water and i don't eat a lot of acidic foods at all, i have really bad acid reflex and i think i have the silent reflex, i have all of those symptoms.

I am facing problem of nose bleeding from past one month. Previously one year back its happen early in the morning for the doctor suggested botroclot drops, its is stoped from six moths after six moths again bledding is coming once in a month but from past one week it is seviour. So please suggest me on this...

I am getting cold and mostly cough very easily since last august. It is not severe but is their. I get it very easily and it doesn't go easily. I don't have any other health issues apart from hyperthyroidism. Please advise.

I have been experiencing floaters for past 2 years. Last month I got a severe attack of sinusitis with eye pain, headache and tooth pain. After having the prescribed tablets the pain subsided. But two days back I had another attack. I had vomitting, severe eye pain above and below the eye and headache. I want to know if floaters and sinusitis is related. I am extremely anxious about the floaters as the internet says it is a warning of retina detachment. Also this time after checking sinus area, doctor says there is a growth. And after having tablets for 7 days only we can scan and check the seriousness of it. I am extremely worried. I am a 35 year old healthy male. I haven't faced major health issues till now and have never got sinusitis before last month, in fact I rarely get a cold. I'm extremely worried. Kindly consult on treating the sinusitis and floater issue?

For 5 days or more now I've been finding it hard to sleep due to the fact that I can't breathe since my throats is filled with mucus and my nose is too, I have hardly eaten or drank anything bc it's so hard to get anything down my throat. When I do force something down and bare the pain, I puke moments later for example with my water, I puke a yellow water with floating pieces of mucus a bright yellow sometimes a very dark thick yellow. I've tried to cough up the mucus with much pain but it doesn't seem to want to go up. Also, I think I have post nasal drip bc when I blow my nose it doesn't go out of my nostril it goes into my throats meaning more mucus. I also can't stabilise my ears making it very hard to do anything. Just these past two days I've experienced diarrhoea bright yellow and not till last night I discovered blood. I would assume it's my period but I just got off it a week and half back. Please help it's so painful and I'm hungry

Hi since last 2 days my ear has been blocked , i had swimming in a pool post that i am suffering from ear blockage. since yesterday my ear started paining and now its paining too much. require help please
